Instructions to join TEAM XL1067:

1. Open this link in another window: http://walkflc.nationalmssociety.org/site/TR/Walk/FLCWalkEvents?fr_id=13053&pg=entry

2. Click on the REGISTER AND JOIN A TEAM button to the right of the page

3. In the TEAM NAME section type in "TEAM XL" and then click on "SEARCH FOR AN EXISTING TEAM"

4. Once you have located the team (should be the only one that comes up) then click "JOIN" on the TEAM XL line.

5. Enter the password "xl1067" (must be lowercase) and then enter again to confirm.

6. Then chose "TEAM MEMBER WALKER." Signing up is free & you can pledge or donate as much as you would like. You can also donate the morning of the walk.

7. You will then be asked to create a username & password. You will answer a few questions and "sign" a waiver.

8. After you finish these steps be sure to click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" and you will be registered for TEAM XL and we can't wait to see you March 20th at Lake Eola!

Ke$ha: 2009 proved to be a solid year for Ke$ha: she sang backup on Flo Rida's hit "Right Round" and her own single, the ubiquitous "TiK ToK," shot to No. 1 in Canada this fall. But we predicting that the Tennessee-based pop star will really break out in 2010 when she releases her debut album, Animal, in January. Who will be able resist her catchy dance songs and saucy interview soundbites? (We especially loved her revelation that Paris Hilton won't talk to her anymore because she once puked in the heiress' closet.)
