Wow! It's been a while since I've typed on this page, see scroll down I'm not lying. Well to recap the past couple of weeks my ankle is all better. I'm already back at the gym lifting really heavy weights, so keep that in mind right before you think of denying my friend request. The 2 weeks I was off were amazing. I sat at home and watched a ton of movies and played the evil and very addicting Grand Theft Auto 3 the whole time. I have added celery and peanut butter to my new diet, its quite tasty and I invite you to put that combo in your mouth soon.

Even though my ankle is all better, the horrendous coach of the Cheapshot basketball team won't let me play. So if you have a game scheduled against the XL 1067 Kit Kat Cheapshots and you need an extra player, contact me. I will help you destroy them!!!

Yesterday a lady emailed the show and said I had a big head. That's crap! She did compliment my other awesome amazing features, but thats besides the point.

I'm going to see Flight of the Conchords tonight! Heck yeah! Who else is going? The 2nd season has been a bit of a let down, what the flip? I'm looking for Bret's "Beer?" shirt anyone know where you can get one?

Apple jelly fell off my Thomas English Muffin and fell into my seat belt slot. So I now experience difficulty when I undo seatbelt.

I hope you listened to my show this morning show on earth called Shawnjaya Afterdark early Saturday morning 1am - 6am. It was a hoot. We tackled the tough discussion of dirty people. As usual the show ended at 6am which alot of people don't like to hear, cause they would like it to go all day.

After a quick nap I worked with your Papi Chulo Alex Diaz at Universal Nissan. It was awesome. Not many of you know but I am a car fan. They had the brand new very rare limited production 2009 R35 Nissan Skyline GTR. Man that car is awesome. I won't go into details cause alot of you are probably really lost on what I just mentioned in the previous sentence.

Then after having a great time of hanging out with Alex Diaz, I headed down to Lakeland with some friends. Again another fact you may not know about me is that I was a wrestler and still support the sport. So while in Lakeland I was a spectator to the 2009 FHSAA Wrestling State Championship. That was a good time. On Sunday Shawnjaya rested.

Machine gun turret that popped out of the hood, that ran out of bullets.
